Line Drills with Body Contact
- These involved skating backwards and forwards in different variations
- Emphasis was on a low center of gravity, good posture, balance, points of contact, stick control and much more
Angle 1 v 1 towards the boards
- Angle 1 v1 from the interior of the ice towards the exterior of the ice
- Points of emphasis include stick positioning, checking through the hands and pinching off the puck carrier, angling, gap control and much more.
1v1 Tug of War
- Fun finish to the skate.
- Works on balance, edges, weight transfer, and compete
