Trimble’s Drill of the Week- Attack Angle 2v2
Two teams in lines on one side of the ice.
On the whistle 2 players in each line sprint around a cone or tire and then head up ice for a loose puck.
Team that arrives to the puck first will attack the far net, and other group of two will have to defend.
Important to take good angles to the puck, sticks on the ice, match speed and have good body position.
