Trimble’s Drill of the Week- Station 1 v 1
Simple 1 v 1 you can use at a station or on 1/3rd of the ice.
- Defenseman and Forwards leave on the whistle- Forwards with the puck
- Proceed through the designated cones and attack the net. Defenseman gap up- stick on the puck
- Play the 1 v 1 out to completion
- Next 1 v1 begins from other side

- Focus on change of speed, puck protection, good gaps and sticks
