Trimble’s Drill of the Week- 2 Lap Warmup Variations
- Nets at the Top of the Circles and line in one of the corners.
- Players will complete two full laps around the nets with one side of the ice being the drill performed forwards and the other side of the ice the same drill performed backwards.
- Variations include:
- Knee Touches
- Inside Edge 1- Leg Pushes
- Outside Edge 1- Leg Pushes
- Scooter- or “Corkscrew”
- S- Cuts
- Crossovers to Crossunders
- C- Cuts
- 1 Leg Inside to Outside edges
- Lot of variations to consider and be performed with speed!
