Trubiano, a former player and student for the Wolverines, discusses her journey from player to Head Coach and the process for Michigan to elevate their status from ACHA Division 1 to NCAA Division 1 women’s hockey. She discusses with Trevor and Andrew some of her coaching, recruiting, marketing, building, and all the work it takes to be successful at this level as they attempt to become an official Varsity Program.
