Trap Bar Deadlift x3 (reactive)
Depth Drop Hurdle Hop x3

Block 2: 
*6 sets* 
Reverse Lunge x3 (reactive)
SL Stiff Leg Ankle Hop x3

Block 3: 
*6 sets* 
DB Bench Press x3 (reactive)
DB Bent Over Row x5 (reactive)
DB JM Press (tricep press) x5
Lunge Pallof Press x3
