TJHP has set out to create a platform for both players and coaches. Given that the TJHP team has a long, extensive resume when it comes to Junior Hockey, we know the issues that players and organizations face when it comes to recruiting. Players are often scrambling and overwhelmed when deciding what coaches to reach out to in the off season, typically resulting in players sending out hundreds of emails that go unnoticed. So we set out to create a service that can ultimately fix the advising world and optimize the recruitment process for players and coaches alike.

Instead of players sending out tons of emails, hoping for a response just to get the conversation going, we have made a streamlined process that will allow players to have their “resume” or player profile sent out to the large TJHP network of coaches and organizations. Players are looking for teams, coaches are looking for players, why not have a centralized location for players and coaches.

TJHP Advising is a great tool for both coaches and players. It will allow players to reach a great number of coaches and also allow coaches to find players that fit within their culture and help them succeed as an organization.

With this, TJHP hopes that we can bring coaches and players together to help both sides and ultimately make the game of Junior Hockey more competitive with more players finding the perfect place to play and helping coaches find great players to help their organization succeed.

TJHP has setup the TJHP Advising platform to be as simple and streamlined as possible. Once you join the TJHP Advising team you will get started on your own personal Player Profile. This player profile will be in depth and essentially give you a chance to showcase yourself to each and every player in the TJHP Network. TJHP has done extensive research with talking to coaches and scouts to find just what they would want to be included in a player profile. With that research, we do believe that we have garnered enough information to get each player a great profile.
