How Can I Improve Training Camp for my Players Next Season?
Each season during training camp we (the New England Wolves JR teams) spend considerable time setting standards and expectations for our athletes. 3-4 days of sessions that last anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes. Presentations by coaches, players and small group interactions.
Over the course of several days and with these group meetings, we will gather information from the team and work together to create an outline for our season, and set the guidelines to see that outline that shape.
