Trimble’s Drill of the Week – Balance & Edge Work Warmup
- Drill can be done in a station in a practice or a one on one or small group lesson
- Focus on knee bend and posture, as well as stick control and balance
- Using two sticks and a pad, players go through a series of balance and edge work that finish with an explosive jump over the pad or edge work around it.
- Some of the variations are- quick starts to hops, 1 foot hops over the sticks, mowhawk turns in a small space…. and many more.
